2. Online Store Terms

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

Because many of our pieces—including custom sectional configurations and specialized fabric selections—are built or tailored specifically to your order specifications, the following rules apply:

Production Timelines: Estimates provided at checkout or via invoice are projections and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Modifications: Changes to custom orders (dimensions, fabric choices, layouts) must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, production begins, and modifications may incur additional material or labor fees.

Deposits & Cancellations: Tailored design projects may require non-refundable deposits as specified during the consultation or billing process.

4. Accuracy of Pricing and Product Information

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Sales Tax: Purchases are subject to applicable state and local taxes based on your shipping address or showroom pickup destination. For transactions routed through or completed at our Salt Lake City location, the combined local sales tax rate of 8.45% applies.

Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and finishes of our furniture pieces as accurately as possible on screen. However, because digital displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture will perfectly match the physical product.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Showroom Pickup

Delivery Fees: Shipping and white-glove delivery charges are calculated at checkout or detailed on your invoice.

Inspection upon Receipt: You are responsible for inspecting all furniture pieces immediately upon delivery or showroom pickup. Any freight damage, defects, or missing structural elements must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as custom furniture configurators, website design layouts, text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and collection names (including the Sequan Collection) is the property of Kanell's and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
